Job Summary
Deliver private and small group Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to UFC Gym members, drive revenue through training sessions, and ensure an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include selling and conducting private/small group training, supporting member involvement, documenting workouts and programs, meeting revenue objectives, acting as a brand ambassador for UFC Gym, and conducting safe, private MMA sessions. Requires weekend availability, strong customer service, certification credentials, and proficiency with basic office tools. Maintain organized training spaces, follow policies, and collaborate with the MMA Manager to optimize member outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Purple belt or higher
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Belt Certificate
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach lineage verification
- CPR/AED certification
- DotFIT certification (preferred)
- Grappling tournament record (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
- Knowledge of dotFIT program and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
