Job Summary
Deliver authentic, high-energy BJJ coaching for private and small-group sessions at a UFC GYM. Lead members of varying skill levels through safe, effective training, act as a brand ambassador aligned with the Train Different philosophy, and drive revenue by selling private training packages. Maintain club standards and provide exceptional member experience, including documenting workouts and adhering to payment and guest-registration policies. Requires punctuality and availability that may include weekend days. Certifications in CPR/AED are required; belt verification and lineage documentation must be provided. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Purple Belt or higher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- BJJ Belt Certificate and lineage verification
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
- CPR/AED certification
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus
