Job Summary
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach at UFC Gym responsible for delivering great member service and private/small group training to achieve revenue objectives. Requires private training delivery, program design, and adherence to safety/administrative procedures, with emphasis on member experience, brand philosophy, and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Purple belt or higher
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Belt Certificate
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach lineage verification
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
- Current DotFIT certification (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
- Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design
- Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Able to clock in/out for all shift times
- Extroverted/Self motivated/Customer service minded
- Knowledge of club policies and procedures
- Ability to set up and execute training sessions
- Attendance for weekend shifts
