Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach at UFC Gym responsible for delivering private and small group training, driving revenue through member programs, and ensuring a positive member experience. The role requires conducting safe and effective private MMA-style coaching, maintaining the fitness floor, and aligning with the Train Different philosophy. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, weekend availability, and adherence to policies while reporting to the Mixed Martial Arts Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Purple belt or higher
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Belt Certificate
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach lineage verification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current DotFIT certification (preferred)
- Grappling tournament record (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
