Job Summary
Lead private and small group Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training sessions for members of various skill levels, delivering an authentic, high-energy experience aligned with the UFC GYM Train Different philosophy. Act as a Brand Ambassador on the training floor, maintain a neat space, drive revenue by selling private training packages, and engage members in seminars/workshops while upholding club standards. Responsibilities include recording workouts for liability and certification compliance, ensuring timely arrival for appointments (including weekends), and leveraging certifications and coaching expertise to advance members' skills and program design.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Purple Belt or higher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- BJJ Belt Certificate and lineage verification
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
- CPR/AED certification
- nationally recognized Personal Training certification a plus
- proficiency with basic computer skills (Excel/Word)
