Job Summary
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach responsible for delivering authentic, high-energy private and small-group training sessions for members of various skill levels; must hold a Purple Belt or higher with belt certificate and lineage verification, and be able to design and deliver programs from assessment to progression. Act as Brand Ambassador on the training floor, maintain a neat, organized space, and drive revenue by actively selling private training packages while meeting revenue objectives. Ensure safety and compliance with liability and national certification standards, arrive on time, and be available for weekend days as needed. Proficiency with basic computer skills and familiarity with dotFIT platform are a plus. The role includes growth opportunities, benefits, and opportunities for recertification through NASM, ACE, or ISSA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Purple Belt or higher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- BJJ Belt Certificate with lineage verification
- 1 year of related teaching experience
- Knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification a plus
