Job Summary
LATAM Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Dynatrace LATAM market from the São Paulo office. Responsibilities include hunting for and qualifying leads, profiling accounts, driving outbound prospecting, engaging senior IT management (e.g., CTO/CIO/Directors), conducting account research, executing telemarketing programs to create awareness, educating prospects on Dynatrace enterprise solutions, using Salesforce CRM to track activities, and supporting weekly forecast meetings. Strong Portuguese fluency, exceptional customer service, and excellent written and verbal communication are required; college degree is preferred.
