Job Summary
Read Operational Method Sheets and job instructions to perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubing. Handle materials to and from the workstation, maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow, and adjust torch flame and tips for various operations. Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements while maintaining quality standards through first and last part inspection. Adjust work areas to ensure cleanliness and follow all safety protocols regarding extreme heat, fumes, and moving mechanical parts. This role supports Bosch Home Solutions in inventing high-quality technologies for connected living and mobility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
- Must pass drug screen and background check
