Job Summary
Braze Trainer specializing in Oxygen/Acetylene brazing at Collins Aerospace Burnsville. Provide classroom instruction, evaluate and advise students in brazing and training-center classes, and develop or revise brazing and safety curricula. Collaborate with training center staff and other functional groups to improve training experiences and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through professional development. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written technical instructions
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Blueprint reading
- Experience as a brazing instructor or teaching brazing/welding is preferred
