Job Summary
Install, maintain, and test fire protection systems including extinguishers, doors, and smoke extraction units while documenting work on iPads and reporting to clients. Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and demonstrate proper system usage to colleagues and customers. Travel up to two hours for assignments, with all travel time counted as work hours, under a predictable schedule without on-call rotations. Requires current fire protection certification, extensive experience with installation and maintenance, and knowledge of relevant standards.
Required Qualifications
- Aktuelle Sachkunde-Nachweise im Bereich Brandschutz oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Wohnhaft in Augsburg, Landsberg am Lech oder München & Umgebung
- Bereitschaft in die Regionen Augsburg, Landsberg am Lech oder München umzuziehen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung von verschiedenen Brandschutzanlagen und -systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Brandschutzvorschriften, Normen und -standards sowie deren Anwendung in der Praxis
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen, zuverlässigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamgeist
- Die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Kollegen und Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten
