Branded Retail Account Manager

Job Summary
Branded Retail Account Manager responsible for partnering with the client’s internal retail design and project management teams to manage the design and production of print and digital materials for branded retail shopper marketing campaigns. Oversee end-to-end projects from design to prepress, coordinate with translation and production partners, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with adherence to design and brand standards. Acts as central liaison among internal/external stakeholders, writes briefs with clients, provides creative/production guidance, performs final design checks, and supports revenue forecasting and resource planning. Requires 3-5+ years in client service and project management in brand/design adaptation, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Design, and proficiency with Mac OS, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and project-management tools (Workfront, Monday, Asana). Emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and consistent delivery of high-quality shopper marketing production work.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in client service and project management on brand and design adaptation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Design
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Workfront, Monday, Asana
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in quoting, tracking and reporting project-level revenue and budget
