Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive Donut King brand training programs across in-store, face-to-face, and Academy-based formats to support franchise partners. Build operational capability and consistency by assessing Recognition of Prior Learning frameworks and executing tailored training modules for store teams and corporate members. Maintain brand standards through practical, engaging content delivery while utilizing Microsoft Office and Teams platforms. Requires current valid driver's license, interstate travel capability, and experience in food retail training environments. Based at the RFG Training Academy in Mermaid Waters on a 38-hour full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated and current experience as a trainer in a food retailing environment
- Experience in delivering effective training programs
- Strong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchisees
- Ability to develop, control and manage processes for excellent delivery of brand training standards
- Experience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platform
- Current valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Mobile phone
- Ability to travel (interstate or locally) as required
