Job Summary
The Brand Team Coordinator provides operational, administrative and coordination support to the VP/GM and Brand Team, enabling the smooth execution of brand priorities, team operations and cross-functional initiatives across the business. Responsibilities include calendar/diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, travel arrangements for senior leaders, expense reporting, planning and executing high-standard brand events and conferences, cross-functional liaison with Sales/Marketing/HR/Finance/Supply Chain, supporting key brand projects and product launches, and maintaining organised workflows to ensure timely delivery of priorities and launches.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and operational coordination capability
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience supporting meetings, events, travel coordination and operational planning
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Experience within a coordination, administrative or operational support role preferred
- Luxury, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brand experience beneficial
