Job Summary
Mid-Weight Brand Strategist at Ogilvy (CBA Design) in Barcelona. You define the strategic territory for projects, conduct ethnography, market analysis, trend forecasting, and benchmarking, and turn insights into actionable strategy. You use AI as a layer of depth, tell stories from brief to strategy doc, present to clients with clarity, and design/co-facilitate co-creation and innovation workshops. You work with the creative team from day one, managing your time and priorities to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio
- Deep understanding of consumer branding: identity, narrative, positioning, architecture
- Strong conceptual thinking: move from abstract idea to concrete execution
- Real experience with research methodologies: ethnography, interviews, cultural analysis. Beyond desk research
- Active practice with AI tools applied to strategy
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English; Catalan and Portuguese are a bonus
- Proactivity and curiosity about people, culture, business, and brands
