Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor

Brand Protection Advisor will conduct on-site brand protection visits at client locations using coaching and training to meet client program requirements, develop and deliver summary findings with recommendations to leadership, partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges, complete a budgeted number of visits weekly, utilize an iPad and CRM for planning, and operate within HIPAA guidelines where applicable while working in hotels, restaurants, and other facilities; role requires up to 50% travel, commutable distance to Birmingham, AL, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality or business, multilingual abilities, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
