Job Summary
Brand Protection Advisor delivers on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence for client locations in hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare, and senior living. Responsibilities include conducting brand protection visits, developing and delivering presentations of assessment findings and recommendations, partnering with EcoSure/Ecolab teams to solve client challenges, planning a budgeted number of visits weekly, and utilizing CRM/iPad and Microsoft Suite to support travel and reporting. Certifications such as ServSafe and/or CP-FS may be a condition of employment; the role requires commuting within Thousand Oaks, CA with up to 50% travel, occasional evenings/weekends/overtime, and a focus on protecting brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Must be 21 years of age or older
