Brand Standards, Guest Experience, & Food Safety Advisor

Brand Protection Advisor role focused on on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights to elevate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence for EcoSure/Ecolab clients. Responsibilities include conducting brand protection visits and presenting assessment findings with recommendations to client leadership, partnering with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to address challenges, managing a weekly cadence of visits, utilizing CRM and productivity tools, and adhering to applicable HIPAA guidelines while working across hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities. Requires driving or flying to client locations, a valid driver’s license, the ability to communicate findings through summary presentations, and the capacity to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Travel up to 75% and commutable distance to Rochester, NY are common, with potential certifications (ServSafe and/or CP-FS) potentially required based on customer requirements. The role emphasizes safety, diverse inclusion, paid training, and a company vehicle where applicable. Annual compensation range advertised is $58,400–$87,600 with a comprehensive benefits package.
