Job Summary
Deliver on-site brand protection visits at client locations (hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities) using coaching and training to elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence. Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas for improvement, and recommendations to client leadership; partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges; complete a budgeted number of visits weekly and ensure an exceptional client experience. Utilize an iPad, CRM software, and Microsoft Suite to plan and execute essential job functions; adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable. Position requires commuting distance to Sacramento, CA with up to 75% overnight travel and occasional evenings/weekends/overtime; certification such as ServSafe and/or CP-FS may be required based on customer requirements. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and hospitality experience, plus a valid driver’s license.
