Brand Specialist to support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in retailers across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, driving brand awareness, building relationships with store teams, educating staff on brand knowledge, executing product demonstrations, ensuring merchandising meets standards, and providing feedback from stores. Role requires self-starter, results-oriented attitude, passion for beauty, ability to travel within territory, weekend availability, and a professional image. Part-time role with variable monthly schedules based on brand needs and distance traveled.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Must be available on weekends
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
