Job Summary
Brand Specialist position to support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in assigned retailers across North America. Responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, driving brand awareness, educating store staff on brand knowledge, executing interactive product demonstrations, and ensuring product merchandising meets company standards. The role involves representing brands within an assigned territory, building strong relationships with store teams, leaving a positive impression after store visits, and traveling within the territory. Part-time schedule with monthly variation based on brand needs and distance traveled. Requires weekend availability, owning a vehicle, and ability to travel; occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Work environment includes in-store demonstrations and direct retailer engagement; opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding beauty-focused field team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty-savvy and able to represent the company image that is professional and polished
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
