Job Summary
Achieve sales goals for assigned brands within an assigned territory and retailers while representing them to drive sales and brand awareness. Establish strong relationships with store teams, educate staff on brand knowledge, and execute interactive product demonstrations. Ensure product merchandising meets company standards and provide critical feedback through survey responses after each visit. This fluctuating, part-time opportunity requires weekly travel and weekend availability, with a vehicle and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
