Job Summary
Achieve sales goals for assigned brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness. Represent brands in-store to establish strong relationships with store teams, educate staff on brand knowledge, and execute interactive product demonstrations. Ensure product merchandising meets company standards and provide critical feedback through survey responses while leaving a positive lasting impression after each visit. This fluctuating, part-time role requires weekend availability, vehicle ownership, and the ability to travel within the Greensboro, NC territory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
