Job Summary
Brand Specialist responsible for productively supporting Beauty Barrage’s client brands in retailers within a defined territory. Achieve sales goals, represent brands in assigned stores to drive sales and brand awareness, establish relationships with store teams, educate and train staff on brand knowledge, execute interactive product demonstrations, ensure merchandising meets company standards, provide feedback through survey responses, and leave a positive impression after each store visit. Requires weekend availability, travel within the territory, and owning a vehicle; a part-time, fluctuating schedule tied to brand needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
