Job Summary
Brand & Social Specialist responsible for strengthening Primient’s brand across social and brand-focused digital channels. Lead social strategy, manage brand-led content, monitor online presence, engage with followers, analyze KPIs and reports, plan campaigns including influencer partnerships, maintain brand guidelines, oversee CMS updates (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS, and support SEO to increase search visibility. Requires deep knowledge of brand governance, social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and collaboration with Communications, HR, Marketing, and Multicultural Affairs. Education preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications/PR/Marketing; 5+ years in communications strategy, social media, PR, journalism/marketing; annual pay range $67,387.20 - $84,234.00; full-time role with strong emphasis on brand storytelling, engagement, and data-driven optimization.
