Job Summary
Design engaging, brand-consistent creatives for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital ads while maintaining and evolving visual identity guidelines. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate trends into impactful visuals, developing illustrations, icons, and layout templates for daily production. Leverage AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly and Midjourney to brainstorm concepts, generate mockups, and accelerate workflows. Requires 1–3 years of experience with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, plus a bachelor's degree and strong portfolio. Bonus points for motion graphics skills and experience building branding packages from scratch.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Digital Content Creator
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including formats, dimensions, and optimal layouts for mobile viewing
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to use them to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media design work
Desired Qualifications
- A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for internet culture and modern design trends
