Job Summary
Brand Services Specialist (Fashion & Home) leads end-to-end product approval for Fashion & Home categories, evaluating artwork, placement, and production execution to ensure brand alignment. Guides licensees, coordinates with internal teams, defines assortments and rollouts, maintains documentation and workflows, and communicates with partners to support approvals. Requires 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines. Hybrid work in London, UK; travel may be required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus; project-management experience and additional languages are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide direction when needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities independently
- Strong understanding of product development or ability to quickly learn category-specific requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with strong follow-through
- Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Proactive, curious learner who is comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity
- Understanding of product timelines and print/production processes across various mediums
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Additional languages are a plus
