Job Summary
Brand Reputation & Community Manager located in Barcelona or Limassol, responsible for managing and engaging online communities across multiple platforms; monitor brand presence across search engines, review platforms, and AI tools; develop action plans to strengthen online image; collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Support, Legal, and Product; support campaigns, product launches, webinars, and educational initiatives; track engagement, sentiment, and branded search visibility; maintain brand voice, compliance, and timely, accurate information across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in community management, social media, online reputation, brand monitoring, SEO, digital PR, or review management
- Understanding of compliant communication standards in regulated industries is a strong plus
- Excellent written English and strong communication judgment
