Job Summary
Welcome every guest with a smile, determine their needs, assist with finding the right merchandise, and offer styling recommendations. Achieve personal sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Maintain product knowledge, ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing, and keep the store clean and well-maintained. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting counts, and handle returns and exchanges according to company policy. Adhere to safety protocols and report to work as scheduled, remaining flexible to business needs. Must be available to work nights and weekends with extensive periods of standing and walking.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available to work nights & weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire workday
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners and other electronic equipment
- Must have sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks
- Must have sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information
