Job Summary
Drive revenue and provide exceptional guest service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store environment. Complete opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and handle cash without error. Locate merchandise effectively, assist with merchandising and window displays, and participate in inventory preparation. Adhere to loss prevention practices, report potential hazards, and remain flexible to business needs while reporting time worked accurately. Requires physical ability to stand, kneel, and lift 30 pounds regularly. Base pay is $16/hour with a generous associate discount, 401k match, and free mental and financial wellness support.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
