Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, process register transactions accurately, and handle cash and change without error. Build relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment while adhering to loss prevention practices. Assist in merchandising, window display construction, and inventory preparation. Complete time and attendance records and remain flexible to business needs. Work $16/hour with a base pay structure, 401k match, and free mental and financial wellness support. Located at St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
