Job Summary
Brand Representative drives revenue and delivers exceptional guest service through relationship-building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. Reports to Store Leadership; consistently works toward individual and store goals. Responsibilities include assisting guests, supporting merchandising and displays, processing transactions accurately, adhering to loss-prevention practices, and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture while representing the Altar’d State brand and Stand Out For Good mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly
- Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting
- Stand and move around store for long periods as part of job duties
- Ability to perform register transactions quickly and accurately, handle cash and provide change without error
