Brand Representative- Part Time Associate

Job Summary
Welcome every guest, determine their needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations to achieve personal sales goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain product knowledge, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing. Process transactions accurately, manage inventory tasks including receiving shipments and counts, and handle returns and exchanges while adhering to safety protocols. Work nights and weekends as scheduled, maintaining flexibility for business needs. This part-time role at Stand Out For Good, Inc. supports our mission of providing a sanctuary-like shopping experience and contributing to our community through charitable initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available to work nights & weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire workday
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners and other electronic equipment
- Must have sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks
- Must have sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information
