Brand Representative - Antelope Valley Mall, Hollister

Brand Representatives bring our store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing our brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all. In this role you’ll deliver warm, attentive service, provide product support and styling guidance, maintain a clean and visually consistent sales environment, process purchases and returns at the cash wrap, and support omni-channel experiences including Save the Sale orders, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store fulfillment. The position emphasizes customer engagement, merchandising/presentation, operational tasks, reliability, and ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic retail setting for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brands (Hollister/A&F). Knowledge of merchandise, brand storytelling, and a friendly, inclusive approach are important, as is attendance and flexibility with a part-time schedule.
