Job Summary
Welcome every guest with a smile, determine their needs, assist with finding the right merchandise, and offer styling recommendations. Achieve personal sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Maintain product knowledge, ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing, and keep the store clean. Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system and assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting counts. Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while adhering to safety protocols. Must be 18 years or older and available to work nights and weekends. This role contributes to the overall success of Stand Out For Good, Inc., a women's fashion company recognized as a Fortune Best Company to Work For.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Must be available to work nights & weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire workday
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to climb occasionally to frequently
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners and other electronic equipment
- Must have sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks
- Must have sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information
