Job Summary
Conduct recurring in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand, evaluating product presentation and brand visibility. Execute structured visits that transition from initial audits to follow-ups and visual merchandising fixes, assisting retail staff in resolving display issues on the sales floor. Navigate the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos for each one-hour visit. Schedule two visits per month with flexible timing, requiring reliable transportation and a personal smart device with internet connectivity. Complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting to begin this freelance role immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable
- Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools
- Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations
- Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+)
- Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting
