Job Summary
Conduct structured in-store retail audits, merchandising fixes, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. Execute recurring one-hour store visits twice monthly to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and resolve display issues with retail staff. Navigate the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos for each location. Maintain a well-maintained brand presence across assigned retail locations through accurate, on-time execution. Requires immediate certification, reliable transportation, and a tech-savvy mobile device.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable
- Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools
- Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations
- Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+)
- Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting
