Job Summary
Jr Brand Specialist focused on Public Relations & Crisis Management to monitor sentiment, draft responses, manage crisis SOPs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, brand-consistent communication across digital and public-facing channels. Responsibilities include monitoring public sentiment, drafting responses for complaints and crises, escalating sensitive issues, supporting brand messaging and campaign execution, developing crisis templates and communication guidelines, maintaining brand tone and quality across social media, and preparing communication reports and stakeholder updates. Skills emphasized include proactive communication, copywriting, social media literacy, media relations, crisis management, storytelling, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Branding, or related fields with at least 2 years experience
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with social media culture, digital community behavior, and online sentiment management
- Able to communicate calmly and professionally under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experienced in handling community management, social media communication, or public relations is a plus
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround situations
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and digital brand communication trends is preferred
- Familiarity with crisis handling, escalation management, or customer communication is a strong advantage
