Brand & PR Manager

Brand & PR Manager role to launch The Hoxton in Hamburg, driving local PR strategy, media/influencer outreach, and brand awareness for hotel, restaurants, bars and event spaces. Responsibilities include content creation and management of local restaurant social channels, developing partnerships and activations in the hotel and city, creating local communications and emails for The Localist platform, delivering on room/F&B targets with collaboration across sales and revenue teams, managing local marketing budgets, and creating design briefs for local collateral in coordination with central Ennismore teams. Must be proactive, collaborative, creative in building lifestyle brands in the German market, with strong PR experience, media contacts, and ability to drive bookings and covers; experience/capacity to work across marketing mix and manage guest journey across hotel, F&B, and The Apartment. Requirements emphasize independent work style, strategic/tactical marketing thinking, copywriting, and strong local network across arts, design, fashion, music, tech, wellness to engage Hox Friends and brand partners.
