Job Summary
Coordinate the annual brand planning process, including insights gathering, message development, and consolidation of an integrated annual brand plan. Develop and refine the annual brand narrative, strategic themes, and messaging framework to guide campaigns, content, and communications throughout the year. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure brand strategy and key messages are consistently implemented across functions, channels, and customer touchpoints. Support brand health tracking and contribute to executive-ready reporting that connects brand initiatives to business impact. Facilitate planning workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and quarterly business reviews while building collaborative relationships across Marketing, Creative, Media, Product, Analytics, and agency partners. This 12-month maternity cover contract requires bilingualism in French and English and is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, annual planning, or campaign planning roles
- Experience developing annual marketing plans, strategic roadmaps, or integrated campaign planning frameworks
- Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, campaign strategy, and multi-channel marketing ecosystems
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, analytics, and marketing teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with experience using insights and data to inform decisions
- Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout their employment

- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
