Job Summary

Brand Partnerships Lead for Switzerland is the strategic owner of premier Swiss partner relationships (e.g., UBS Kids Cup, Weltklasse Zurich Extra Mile, Swiss Ski). Own end-to-end planning, activation, onboarding, and program development; define objectives, KPIs, and ROI; drive youth engagement and culturally relevant storytelling; collaborate with Brand Activation, Comms, and cross-functional teams to translate contracts into engaging consumer experiences; manage partner budgets, forecasting, and reporting; travel within Switzerland for partner events; fluency in German and English required; Zurich office with Swiss travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in brand partnerships, sports marketing, or brand activation
  • proven track record of managing and activating high-profile sports properties or community partners in Switzerland
  • highly organized with strong project management skills
  • excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing cross-functional teams
  • creative, storytelling-driven mindset
  • solid experience in budget management, establishing KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and presenting data-informed insights
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • comfortable with local travel across Switzerland to support partner events and activations - a valid Swiss driver’s licence is required
