Job Summary
Brand Manager 2 owns holistic brand leadership to drive growth for LA VICTORIA®, DONA MARIA®, CHI-CHI’s® and related imports. Develops annual and multi-year operating plans, orchestrates brand strategy across positioning, portfolio architecture, communication and in-market execution, and leads cross-functional partners to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. Responsible for P&L management, gross margin optimization, trade spend allocation, distribution strategy, and portfolio simplification. Oversees integrated marketing plans across advertising, media, digital, shopper marketing, and retailer programs; partners with R&D, supply chain, and operations to deliver margin-advancing innovation. Requires a track record of 7–9 years in marketing/product development, strong financial analysis, forecasting, leadership, and collaboration with senior stakeholders; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Seven to nine years of marketing and product development or related experience
- B.A. / Master’s degree (M.B.A.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and evaluation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
