Job Summary
Brand Marketing Manager will lead development and execution of branded foodservice marketing campaigns for poultry and prepared foods across foodservice channels. Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable programs that address operator needs such as ease of preparation, menu versatility, labor savings, and profitability. Manage execution of marketing plans across key foodservice channels (Independent Commercial Restaurants, Convenience, K-12) and lead operator-focused solutions including selling tools, concepts, merchandising, and promotional materials. Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, Digital, and Operations to ensure programs are relevant and easy for operators to execute, and manage budgets and agency partners. Drive national foodservice trade shows and drive ROI through insights, measurement, and optimization. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of marketing experience in foodservice, consumer packaged goods, or a related industry
- Experience supporting brand campaigns, customer marketing, or operator-focused programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate brand strategy into practical, operator-ready marketing solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and external agencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools a plus
