Job Summary
Brand Marketing Manager for Staples Promotional Products responsible for developing and executing integrated brand and campaign strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and market differentiation. Own brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation guidance. Lead cross-channel campaign development across email, social, ecommerce, events, direct mail, and digital. Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, and eCommerce to align initiatives with lifecycle and revenue goals. Lead social media and digital content strategy to support brand storytelling and engagement. Establish KPIs and optimize campaign performance in partnership with Revenue Operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Sales Enablement, and Client Marketing. Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals and foster a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related work experience
- 5+ years relevant marketing experience and leadership experience
- 3+ years of MS Office Suites
- 3+ year experience with Marketing & CRM Platforms (Marketo, Salesforce)
- Creative, strategic thinkers with strong organizational skills
