Job Summary
Drive brand strategy and activation for Folklore’s high-end event rental brand. Own brand voice, social media and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; manage website as a marketing/conversion tool; define and execute campaigns across social, email, paid media, and partnerships; cultivate industry presence and relationships with planners, vendors, and corporate clients; activate loyalty programs and direct the content strategy by briefing the content specialist and coordinating with contractors. Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership, leveraging HubSpot for CRM, SEO for content direction, and a strong aesthetic sensibility to ensure the brand remains original, compelling, and growth-oriented.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand, marketing, or business development — ideally in events, hospitality, or a creative industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain a brand voice across multiple channel
- A track record of building relationships that generate opportunity — not just awareness
- Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — you understand how each platform works and what performs on each
- Experience directing content creators, contractors, or junior team members
- Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM — you don’t need to build it, but you need to use it
- SEO fluency to shape content strategy and brief technical partners intelligently
- Digital fluency to brief and evaluate paid media and email campaigns
- A genuine eye for aesthetics — Folklore is a beautiful brand and this role requires someone who gets that
