Job Summary
Brand Marketing Manager for CoComelon, reporting on-site in the Los Angeles office. You will develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, PR, email, influencer partnerships, and events to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and consumer loyalty for the CoComelon brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across streaming, live-action, and film initiatives, including partnerships like The Melon Patch and CoComelon Playdates. Lead market research to identify target demographics, translate insights into compelling marketing assets, monitor campaign performance with data-driven optimization, and build relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors. Requirements include 3+ years in marketing/branding with a strong digital focus, a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field (MBA a plus), experience in children's entertainment or kids’ IP, and proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across channels while analyzing data, thinking creatively, and communicating strategies effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role or brand strategy role with a strong focus on digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in brand marketing, preferably within the children's entertainment or relevant kids’ IP or brand
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior and experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of innovative marketing initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively
- Passion for children's entertainment and a deep understanding of the target audience
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple stakeholders
