Job Summary
Brand Marketing Manager leading integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, influencer, Amazon, and future paid channels; owns the marketing calendar, campaign ecosystem, messaging strategy, content direction, and channel performance while managing external agencies and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include Lifecycle & Email Marketing (Klaviyo), audience segmentation and personalization, A/B testing and optimization, revenue attribution, social media strategy and creative direction across Meta and TikTok, influencer and affiliate program development, Amazon marketplace content, and ongoing marketing analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Leads cross-channel strategy for campaigns, launches product initiatives, and seasonal promotions, with leadership responsibilities including mentoring a Social Content Designer and coordinating freelance resources. Requires hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify-based brands, and strong analytical, strategic, and project-management skills; remote-friendly and market-ready for a fully remote work environment.
