Job Summary
Manage detailed inputs from brand, product, and web teams to support omni-channel campaign execution, ensuring briefs align with business goals and timelines. Maintain campaign calendars, track key dates and deliverables, and oversee logistics for seasonal campaigns, retail events, and partnerships. Develop product briefs during sprint cycles, manage launch timelines, and own communications for New Store Openings. Assist as a liaison between Brand Marketing, Partnerships, and Retail teams to capture product changes and incorporate details into briefs. Assign creative tasks in Monday.com, monitor task status, and flag delays proactively to keep project boards current. Based in Austin, TX, with 1–2 years of marketing or project coordination experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role
- Experience working with project management tools
- Monday.com experience
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
