Job Summary
Achieve sales goals for assigned brands while representing them within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. Establish strong relationships with store teams, educate staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations, and ensure merchandising meets company standards. Execute interactive product demonstrations and provide critical feedback through survey responses after leaving a positive lasting impression at each visit. This fluctuating, part-time, seasonal role requires 0-20 hours monthly, weekend availability, and a vehicle to travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Must have beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
