Job Summary
Achieve sales goals for assigned brands by representing them within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness. Establish strong relationships with store teams, educate staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration, and execute interactive product demonstrations. Ensure product merchandising meets company standards and provide critical feedback through survey responses after each store visit. This fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity requires 0-20 hours monthly based on scheduling needs, with availability on weekends and ownership of a vehicle to travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Must have beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
