Job Summary
Achieve sales goals for assigned brands by representing them within your territory to drive in-store sales and brand awareness. Establish strong relationships with store teams while educating staff on product knowledge and executing interactive demonstrations. Ensure product merchandising meets company standards and leave a positive lasting impression after each visit. Provide critical feedback through survey responses to support continuous improvement. This fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity requires 0-20 hours monthly and weekend availability. You must own a vehicle, travel within your territory, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must have beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
